From east or west:

From I-10, take exit 100 - Ambassador Caffery. Stay in the left lane for 4.6 miles. Do not take any forks to the right. The street name will change to Bertrand Drive and then to South College Road. When you see Lafayette General Hospital on the left, turn left at the traffic light onto Coolidge Boulevard. Take the first left onto Hospital Drive. The Professional Office Building is behind Lafayette General Hospital at 155 Hospital Drive.

Drive south on I-49. Go west (right) on I-10. Follow the directions from I-10 above.

From the south:

Traveling into Lafayette from the south on Highway 90 (SE Evangeline Thruway), turn left at the traffic light past Acadiana Dodge (on the left) onto University. Turn left on Pinhook Road. Turn right at the 3rd traffic light onto South College Road, then turn right onto Coolidge and take the first left onto Hospital Drive. The Professional Office Building is behind Lafayette General Hospital at 155 Hospital Drive.
